Select Savvy, LLC is seeking an outstanding School Counselor for a full-time position near Sterling, VA .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized academic planning and goal-setting support for students.
Deliver classroom counseling lessons aligned with student success standards.
Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
Refer students and families to appropriate long-term or specialized support resources.
Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and community partners to support student growth and well-being.
Advocate for students during IEP meetings and other student-focused planning sessions.
Collect and analyze data to identify student needs, challenges, and equity gaps.
Serve as a change agent to promote equity, access, achievement, and opportunity for all students.

Requirements:

Degree in Counseling or a related field
Active State PEL with a School Counselor Endorsement
