About Job

Part-Time Afternoon/Evening BCBA – South Homes Region

Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention is on the lookout for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our South Homes region team (south of I-90) in the afternoons and evenings.

This isn’t just another BCBA job—you’ll be working directly with clients and caregivers in their homes, supervising BTs, and helping families build skills that stick.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise a BT caseload with compassion and skill.
  • Conduct FBAs, create PBSPs, and design home-based interventions.
  • Partner with caregivers to build capacity and confidence (not dependency).
  • Collect data, make evidence-based decisions, and keep fidelity high.
  • Support and coach your team so they can shine, too.

What We’re Looking For

  • BCBA certification + at least 1 year of experience supervising RBTs.
  • Comfortable working with kids and young adults (ages 2–21) in home settings.
  • Skilled at collaboration, communication, and building rapport with families.
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to manage a PT afternoon/evening schedule.
  • Reliable transportation, valid license/insurance, and ability to pass background clearance.

Why Join Us?

At Connections, we believe everyone can succeed with the right support—and that includes you. You’ll have autonomy, a supportive team, and the chance to make real impact in homes across the South region.
