LPN Care Manager for an Assisted Living Community

Schedule: Friday and Saturday Double 6 AM- 10:30 PM and Sunday 6 AM to 2:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services.

Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
• Deliver Medication to residents as physician prescribes
• Overseeing the care provided to our residents, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with empathy and professionalism. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Nursing requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license in good standing by the State Board of Nursing
• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resident rights, safety regulations, and best practices in elder care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on the floor with patients; preferred but not required
• Must possess good bedside manner, strong communication and listening skills, multi-tasking abilities and be willing to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
