Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in [Location]. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals with developmental disabilities develop essential skills and behaviors, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill development.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent support.
  • Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on behavioral interventions.
  • Advocate for the needs of clients within the community.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral assessment tools.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
