Board Certified Behavior Analyst-REMOTE; Spanish Speaking Required

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals, particularly children, by conducting diagnostic evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers on implementing behavioral interventions.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong understanding of medical records management and data collection techniques.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
