Kelly and Scott's Care Home Inc is a 6 bed residential facility licensed by the Department of Health. We are an ICF/DDN providing nursing care to clients with developmental disabilities. THIS IS NOT A TEMPORARY JOB. We are seeking an individual that is responsible, knows how to lead staff and is detail oriented for a full time permanent position.

(Positions available in Porterville and Delano)

Applicant must have and maintain a current license (LVN) - (LPT) with the State of California as well as current CPR/First Aid. Physical and T.B. must be done prior to employment and will be updated on a yearly basis.

Applicant must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays although normal scheduling will be mornings Monday thru Friday. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergency and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.

Licensed staff will provide hands on direct care to clients with developmental disabilities as well as training and coaching of the direct care staff. Will be responsible for medication administration, monthly licensed notes, data collection, training, transporting clients in a company vehicle, assisting clients with their activities of daily living, complete daily charting, schedule appointments and day to day operations of the facility.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
