What You’ll Get:

Who We’re Looking For: We have an opening for one full-time Associate who is serious about:

· Developing strong clinical skills in EFT

· Working with couples, families, and individuals

· Building a 20–25 client/week caseload

· Working 2+ evenings/week and Saturdays

· Practicing primarily in-person (with some telehealth flexibility)


Minimum Qualifications:

· Registered AMFT or APCC in good standing with the CA BBS

· Clinical experience with couples and/or families.  

· Familiarity with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and a strong desire to learn more

· Willingness to complete an EFT Externship and further EFT trainings

· Ability to market yourself and promote your services (business/sales background is a plus)

· Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

· Commitment to legal, ethical, and high-quality care


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Providing high-quality therapy to couples, individuals, families, and teens

· Completing clinical documentation in a timely, accurate manner

· Participating in weekly group supervision

· Collaborating with providers and engaging in coordination of care

· Participating in marketing and networking efforts to promote yourself and the practice

· Staying in compliance with BBS and HIPAA regulations
