JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports based on internal deadline.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other staff members.
- Maintain weekly staff check ins to ensure staff are supported in line with company culture, and concerns are escalated timely.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Regional Supervisor and/or Regional Director to ensure consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure quality treatment and program decisions are made through quality oversight of data collection and analysis of data.
- Monitor progress and modify behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a compassionate, comprehensive, and coordinated approach to treatment is in place.
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings.
- Meet monthly supervision requirements in line with internal and funding source requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities (Internal CEU opportunities, conferences, etc.) to maintain and enhance BCBA certification.
- Comply with all ethical and legal requirements related to documentation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in conducting FBA's and VBMAPP in pursuit of developing science backed and ABA based behavior intervention plans.
- Knowledge of and adherence to the BACB ethics code.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
