Position: Lead Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Therapist to join our team! This role is perfect for an ABA professional who is passionate about helping children with autism succeed, while also guiding and mentoring a team of therapists to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and/or community settings
- Oversee, mentor, and support behavior therapists to ensure treatment fidelity and professional growth
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect, analyze, and report data on client progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members to promote consistency across environments
- Model and promote ethical, compassionate, and professional standards in therapy delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in ABA
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a supportive and positive manner

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
