About Job

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our client's team as an Administrative Service Coordinator!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotes to customers for parts.
  • Order parts for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and confirm pricing for parts.
  • Coordinate and track the shipping of parts, providing updates to customers as needed.
  • Package small items in the warehouse for shipment.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain direct communication with customers regarding parts purchases and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing industry administration required
  • Knowledge of logistics, including import/export processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing and inventory management.
