Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our client's team as an Administrative Service Coordinator!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotes to customers for parts.
- Order parts for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Research and confirm pricing for parts.
- Coordinate and track the shipping of parts, providing updates to customers as needed.
- Package small items in the warehouse for shipment.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Maintain direct communication with customers regarding parts purchases and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing industry administration required
- Knowledge of logistics, including import/export processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing and inventory management.
