Salary Range: $58,000–$70,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

In this role, you’ll support a diverse caseload of early childhood and elementary students, providing both direct and indirect services. What You’ll Do:

Provide full-time social work services (35 hours per week, onsite).

Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement targeted interventions.

*
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success.

*
Advocate for students’ social-emotional and behavioral well-being.

*
Maintain compliance with IEP requirements, including timely documentation.

*
Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development.

Caseload Details:
*
Approx. 40 students across early childhood and elementary settings.

*
Services provided in both self-contained classrooms and resource settings.

*
Mixed caseload with a wide range of social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Qualifications:
*
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement.

*
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

*
Dependable, flexible, and passionate about whole-child support.

*
Experience with early childhood and elementary populations preferred.
