This role will be responsible for

• Conducting behavior analyses and developing behavior modification and skill acquisition plans
• Performing ADOS assessments and other diagnostic evaluations for children on the autism spectrum
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs and evaluation studies
• Reaching informed diagnoses using patient history, assessments, and scientific knowledge
• Providing thorough documentation, reports, and treatment recommendations
• Offering referrals and guidance for additional therapies or services as needed

Expectations will include

• Conducting patient check-ups and evaluations with a high level of accuracy and care
• Maintaining detailed and professional records of assessments and outcomes
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care
• Advising patients and families on healthy habits and preventative actions
• Continuously applying evidence-based practices and upholding ethical standards
• Contributing to program development and evaluation to improve services

A qualified candidate will possess the following

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution
• Active psychologist license in the State of Texas
• Prior experience as a Child Psychologist, with strong diagnostic expertise
• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic criteria, psychological evaluation methods, and psychometrics
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communicate findings clearly
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
