STEPin-stepUP Inc is a social work company based out of Indianapolis and serving the greater Indianapolis area and surrounding counties. Our company provide case management services to families in need of services.

We are looking for case managers that can work in the field with client's and who have a basic understanding of case work and social services. The professionals we seek will need to be able to display a strong work ethic, time management skills, adaptability, and empathy. We are seeking individuals that can be a part of a team while having the ability to be effective in an unsupervised environment. This position requires the use of your own vehicle. All applicants must have a valid driver license and automobile insurance. These positions also require a bachelor degree. Preferably in social work, psychology or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized case plans.
• Ability to teach evidenced based curriculums to families, clients, and/or children that are needing to enhance their understanding and application in a variety of areas such as: parenting, fathering, life skills, behavior modification, protective factors, ect.
• Facilitate access to family, community, and government resources.
• Collaborate with community organizations to enhance child welfare and support services.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as treatment plans, monthly reports, and daily reports. Our professionals must be equipped to meet documentation timelines thoroughly and consistently.
