We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychologist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case formulations.
- Ensure treatment plans and recommendations are clinically sound, aligned with client needs, and supported by thorough documentation of medical necessity.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Perform psychological testing, interpret results, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to clients, treatment teams, and stakeholders.
- Involve caregivers, families, and natural supports in treatment planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment goals as needed, and engage in ongoing evaluation for improved outcomes.
- Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, de-escalation, and stabilization.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Participate actively in case reviews, supervision, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Teach, train, and/or supervise interns, students, and therapists as assigned, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an APA-approved or APPIC-member internship.
- Licensed by the Indiana State Board of Examiners in Psychology by hire date.
- Certification as a Health Service Provider in Psychology in Indiana (or eligible upon hire).
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License with a good driving record and insurance.
- Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.
- Ability to achieve required competencies or privileges at Valley Oaks Health.

Pay: $61,900.80 - $71,185.92 per year
