This contract position spans the full academic school year and focuses on delivering essential psychological services to enhance student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide consultation and counseling to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student learning and development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with knowledge of psycho-educational testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
