A school is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support the social, emotional, and educational development of elementary students in grades PK-5. This part-time opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility while engaging directly with a diverse student population. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 20-30 students, focusing on assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Provide consultation on behavioral and mental health strategies within the school setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or certification.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (PK-5).
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote/hybrid environments.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations.
