OverviewRumford Community Home is seeking a Part Time, Residential Aide (PSS) to join our team!Up to $1,250 Sign-On Bonus!*This position pays $18.25 per hour.Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoast Maine. person/Director of Clinical Services. Works in close cooperation with other team members to give personal care to assigned residents as needed. Assists in any way possible to provide a safe, homelike, and comfortable environment for the residents.Qualifications
  • High School or GED preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain PSS within first 120 days unless already certified
  • Student must complete certification program and be placed on the State Registry within four months.
  • Residential Aide must have Residential Care Specialist 1(RCS-I), or Personal Support Specialist (PSS)
Certification. May be trained within four months of employment.
  • Six months to one-year experience preferred.
  • Must be tolerant, patient and treat residents with dignity and respect.
