A K-12 school in New Rochelle, NY is seeking two School Psychologists to cover maternity leaves on a contract basis. These positions offer an opportunity to provide essential psychological services to students during an 8 to 12-week assignment starting in January.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement support plans
• Provide consultation and recommendations to support student learning and well-being
• Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a school team environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and ethical standards in school psychology
