Under the supervision of the AED, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting program leaders, including monitoring and compliance with all regulatory bodies. In conjunction with agency's Strategic Initiative and Development Team, the coordinator will take the lead on implementation of expansion projects within the Early Childhood service area.
Responsibilities:
· Supports all Center Directors and Site Leads with OCFS licensing, including new licensing, midpoints, training and fingerprinting.
· Responsible for monitoring for compliance within all ECP programs, including facilitating quarterly compliance meetings with Center Directors and Coordinators.
· Participates in KPI planning, data collection, monitoring and course correction for ECP programs.
· Works with agency's data analytics team, as needed
· Supports staff in new programs to ensure projects are timely, compliant and in line with the mission/vision of the agency.
· Acts as liaison to the agency SID team and AED for ECP expansion projects.
· Responsible for ongoing monitoring of expansion projects for compliance within all regulatory bodies.
· Maintains strong working relationships with community partners.
· Responsible for exploring ongoing possibilities for opportunities within the community.
· Supports the AED in grant writing for all expansion and collaboration projects
· Participates in monthly Head Start Leadership meetings.
· Participates in the self-assessment process.
· Participates in other assignments deemed necessary for the successful operation of the Early Childhood Programs.

Requirements
Requirements:
· Master's degree in early childhood education or related field
· 5+ years working in leadership position in an Early Childhood setting is preferred
· Able to lead teams, establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with program staff and organize tasks.
· Knowledge and understanding of monitoring systems, compliance and experience working with regulatory bodies preferred.
· Knowledge of regulatory bodies, including Head Start, OCFS and NYS SED is required.
· Experience forging working relationships with collaborators, including monitoring and compliance.
· Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and management skills
