Job Title: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Early ABA & Academic Intervention
Job Overview: Early ABA & Academic Intervention is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Director who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Medicaid provider number. This role requires overseeing clinical operations, conducting behavioral assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with families. Proficiency in CentralReach software and experience using assessment tools like Vineland and BASC are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership and Management:Oversee the clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
Assessment and Program Development:Conduct behavioral assessments using tools such as FBAs, Vineland, and BASC.
Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans.
Staff Supervision and Development:Provide regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations to clinical staff.
Promote professional growth and adherence to ethical guidelines in ABA.
Collaboration and Communication:Engage with families, educators, and other professionals in a collaborative manner.
Lead team meetings to discuss client progress and intervention strategies.
Data Management and Reporting:Utilize CentralReach for effective data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Make data-driven decisions to refine and adapt treatment strategies.
Family Engagement and Support:Offer training and resources to families for home-based skill generalization.
Address family concerns and strategize support for child development.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including Medicaid compliance.
Uphold professional practice standards and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Active Medicaid provider number.
- Experience in ABA, especially in early intervention settings.
- Proficiency in CentralReach software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Bilingual abilities.
Work Environment:
- This position combines office-based administrative duties with direct intervention in various settings, including clinics, and community environments.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
