Job Summary:
The BCBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other behavioral challenges. The BCBA supervises and trains behavior technicians, collects and analyzes data, and collaborates with families and other professionals to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support client goals
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
- Maintain thorough documentation and prepare reports for internal and external use
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
