What We Offer to Behavior Technicians BT RBT:

Competitive Compensation: $22–$28+ per hour based on experience and credentials, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician RBT BT:
Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process. Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily and takes initiative.
Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
A desire to help children grow and a commitment to creating a positive, consistent learning environment.
A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.
