The Sharon Public Schools is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Heights Elementary School (1.0)
The role and responsibilities of the BCBA include but are not limited to:
- Consultation to specialized programs
- Student observation and teacher consultation
- Functional Behavior Assessments
- Development and oversight of behavior improvement plans
- Participation in IEP meetings
- IEP goal development and provision of progress reports as applicable
- Consultation with families as applicable
- Oversight of home based services as necessary
- Development and implementation of professional development training for Instructional Assistants, Teachers and Related Service Providers as necessary
- Collaboration and consultation with other district BCBAs as necessary
- Any other duties assigned by the school site special education coordinators
The successful candidate will have school based experience. Strong written and oral language skills required.
Salary is commensurate with experience in accordance with the Sharon Teachers Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst credentials/licensure, required.
