About Job
ABA Program Coordinator – Wexford, PA
Clinic-Based Role | Full-Time
At StepOne Neurodiversity Services, we’re reimagining what it means to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapies. Our mission is simple: create meaningful outcomes for clients and their families while fostering a supportive, innovative environment for our team.
We are seeking an ABA Program Coordinator to join our Wexford clinic. This unique role blends direct client impact with clinic coordination, making it ideal for someone passionate about both hands-on work and mentoring others.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct ABA services to clients about 50% of the time, supporting skill development and positive behavior change.
- Coordinate clinic operations: scheduling, staff assignments, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
- Mentor and support Behavior Technicians, providing real-time feedback and ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
- Partner with families, serving as a welcoming point of contact and a consistent resource.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day challenges, escalating when needed to maintain a smooth clinic flow.
- Assist with onboarding, compliance, and staff development in collaboration with HR and Clinical Management.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in ABA or a related field — or equivalent experience delivering ABA services in a clinic setting. Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians welcome to apply!
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive clinic environment.
Why Join StepOne?
We believe great care starts with a great team. That’s why we offer:
- Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and retirement options.
- Generous paid time off and holidays.
- Continuing education opportunities to keep you growing.
- Cutting-edge tools: electronic data collection, access to curriculum and protocols.
