Crossroads Counseling Inc. was founded in 1990 and is one of the most inclusive dual diagnosis treatment facilities in Clinton, Lycoming, Centre, Northumberland, Columbia, and Tioga counties along with being a Center of Excellence in Pennsylvania. CROSSROADS COUNSELING, INC. is currently accepting resumes for Part-time, Full-time and Fee for Service Co-Occurring Therapists in it's Lock Haven office.

Co-Occurring Therapist Responsibilities:

· Facilitating individual and family therapy.

· Provide case management services.

· Deal and assist with crisis situations.

· Assess and Evaluate appropriate level of care using ASAM criteria.

· Use the Electronic Charting System for all documentation.

· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.

· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure excellent patient care.

Co-Occurring Therapist Requirements:

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field (psychology, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, social work, family studies). Master's preferred

· Prior counseling experience preferred.

· Excellent communication, computer, and phone skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for all.

. Must work in the office at all times.
