About Job

Soar Autism Center is excited to offer a unique Resident BCBA position with competitive relocation bonuses, designed for passionate and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) looking for a meaningful professional opportunity. This role offers a chance to grow your career while supporting children with autism in a collaborative, play-based environment using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This is an in-person role, for BCBAs who are open to a hybrid, in-center work environment

Relocation Incentives:

  • Up to $10,000 relocation bonus upon joining with a 1-year commitment to remain in Arizona.

  • An additional $5,000 bonus awarded at the 1-year mark for those who extend their residency to 18 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, oversee, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children aged 1-6 years in a center-based setting.

  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health.

  • Implement play-based therapy using ESDM principles.

  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and partner with families to support their journey.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Current BCBA certification.

  • Experience in early intervention and working with young children.

  • Embodiment of Soar’s Core Values: High expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

  • Quality medical ($0 deductible), dental, and vision plans.

  • Generous PTO including 11 holidays and 15 additional days off.

  • Flexible Hybrid Schedule: All BCBAs receive 1 dedicated telehealth day per week. In addition, team members may qualify for an enhanced hybrid schedule—allowing up to 2 telehealth days weekly—depending on center maturity, clinical needs, and team coordination.

  • Professional development opportunities with national experts in ESDM.

  • A collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment.

  • Relocation bonuses for making a meaningful move to Arizona.

  • Additional bonus potential, based on performance.

  • Career Growth Beyond Residency: At the end of the 18-month residency period, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your career with Soar. Our commitment to internal advancement provides a clear pathway to leadership opportunities, including roles such as Clinical Trainer or Partner Clinician, where you can mentor other BCBAs, support clinical excellence, and contribute to Soar's mission of transforming autism care.

Why Join Soar? Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

Applications for this position will be accepted on a rolling deadline.
