Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with families to establish meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate successes.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy in a supportive, child-focused setting.
• Uphold ethical standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by a nationally respected clinical advisory board.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet clinical documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an ABA setting.
• Familiarity with compassionate care models and trauma-informed practices.
• Experience managing small to mid-size caseloads effectively.
