We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into the role of Assistant Clinical Director. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families to establish meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate successes.
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy in a supportive, child-focused setting.
- Uphold ethical standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by a nationally respected clinical advisory board.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet clinical documentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an ABA setting.
- Familiarity with compassionate care models and trauma-informed practices.
- Experience managing small to mid-size caseloads effectively.
