The Psychology Department at Fisher College invites qualified candidates to apply for full-time faculty member to teach various psychology courses including to Introduction to Psychology, Psychology of Personality, Cognitive Psychology, Physiological Basis of Behavior, and Social Psychology. Standard faculty requirements including training, course preparation, grading and responsibilities include training, course preparation, grading, and student communication. Additional Responsibilities of full-time faculty include academic advising as well as service to College and Community. Faculty teach four courses per academic semester. This is on-campus position at the Boston Campus

Requirements for the position include:
- A minimum of a master's degree in psychology or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of college level Psychology teaching experience
- Knowledge of Canvas preferred
- Demonstrated success in undergraduate teaching.
- A proven commitment to inclusive pedagogy and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff across a wide range of academic, cultural, and social identities.
