Position: Clinical Psychologist
Schedule: Onsite | Monday – Friday | 40 hours/week
Compensation: $80.00/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and treatment services in a structured healthcare environment. This position involves working with individuals facing mental illness, personality challenges, and emotional adjustment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic testing, and assessments.
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests to diagnose mental and personality disorders.
• Collaborate with patient care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Apply a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, tailoring treatment frequency and duration to patient needs.
• Prepare detailed psychological and statistical reports, findings, and recommendations.
• Participate in research studies addressing psychological and behavioral problems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Utilize electronic and manual information systems as required.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a one-year supervised clinical internship.
• Strong knowledge of clinical psychology theory, therapeutic techniques, and treatment methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
