Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)® are responsible for the development and oversight of clients’ behavioral programming and implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree 
• BCBA® certification 
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah 
• Reliable attendance 
• Ability to respond to challenging behavior, including aggression, after training
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Reliable transportation 

Preferred Requirements 

• Two years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism
• Experience conducting skill-based assessments 
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and related behavior plans 
• Experience in training and supervising behavior technicians

Responsibilities 

• Conduct skill-based assessments
• Conduct functional assessments 
• Develop treatment plans according to funder specifications 
• Develop an individualized skill-based curriculum
• Develop functional behavior plans 
• Train staff to conduct skill acquisition protocols with high fidelity 
• Provide consistent oversight and feedback to behavior technicians 
• Complete caregiver coaching 
• Write monthly progress reports 
• Complete reassessment and treatment plans in a timely manner 

Wage 

• Annual salary of $85,000
• Monthly bonus package

• Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
