About The Opportunity

Aviation ABA is seeking a Clinic Director – (BCBA) to lead our Salt Lake City clinic. This leadership role is designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is ready to run a clinic while staying connected to client care.

As Clinic Director – (BCBA), you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor and develop your team, ensure service quality, and maintain our mission of delivering personalized ABA therapy. You’ll also keep a small caseload, strengthening your connection with families and ensuring your clinical skills remain sharp.

Clinic Director – (BCBA) Key Responsibilities

Leadership Duties

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic staff.
• Develop, refine, and implement clinic policies, procedures, and systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic-level operational and clinical matters.
• Lead staff trainings, professional development, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinic performance with company goals.
  
  
  

Clinical Duties

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments.
• Create and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a small caseload to deliver hands-on, high-quality care.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training with evidence-based strategies.
• Evaluate treatment programs and make data-driven adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, Utah regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and quality checks.
• Provide in-home support when necessary.
  
  
  

Clinic Director – (BCBA) Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility).
• At least 2+ years working as a BCBA in a clinic setting.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation for local travel within Salt Lake City.
• Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
