Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team in private practice. We offer individual and family therapy for all ages.

Duties

• Provide individual and/or family therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Complete intake assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with doctors, family, and other providers as needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients.
• Manage scheduling and client appointments.

Requirements

• Master's degree and NYS License in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A background in behavioral health, private practice, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and collaborating providers.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate patient schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
