School Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description
We are helping a special education collaborative in Medway, MA hire an experienced, compassionate, collaborative BCBA for middle and high school students with children with significant support needs due to ASD, developmental disabilities, and social-emotional challenges.

School Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA to develop innovative treatment strategies that are data-based, trauma-informed and compassionate
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
School Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Details
- Compensation: $62,000 to $102,000 based on school experience and 183 days of work
- School year position
- Hours: 7-3:00
- Tuition reimbursement available
We do the initial interview, reference checks, and support the hiring process but candidates are hired directly by the collaborative.
