Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Social Worker is sought to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Lowell, MA. This year-long contracted position offers a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing essential social work services that contribute to their academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as appropriate
• Facilitate referrals to external community resources and services
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:

• Current Social Work license required
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain confidentiality

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Based in Lowell, MA
