• Location: Fort Smith, AR

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Caseload: Providing behavioral support services for students across the district, including supervising RBTs and BCaBAs. Specific assignments will be discussed during the interview to best match your experience and expertise.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Active BCBA certification with BACB

• Ability to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, assessment, and behavior intervention skills
