Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Fort Smith, AR

Pay: From $41-$47/hr, based off experience

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time position in a Fort Smith, AR school district. This role is ideal for an ABA professional passionate about working in an educational setting to improve student outcomes. Fort Smith, located along the Arkansas River, blends historical charm with modern growth and has a strong sense of community.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Arkansas teaching license with Special Education endorsement preferred (not always required)

  • Prior school-based ABA experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide direct and consultative ABA support across classrooms

  • Train teachers, aides, and staff on behavior strategies and data collection

  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
