About Job

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Position:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Keller, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (School Year 20252026)

Compensation Packages:

  • Local Candidates: $40$46 per hour

  • Travel Candidates: Weekly take-home $1417$1642, equivalent to $47$56 per hour (low taxable base rate supplemented by housing and meal stipends).

Typical Duties of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct supervision of behavior technicians and therapy staff

  • Monitor and analyze student data to measure progress toward IEP and behavioral goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Texas education policies

  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral interventions

Requirements (Texas):

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

  • Experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings preferred

  • Knowledge of behavior assessment tools, data collection, and progress monitoring

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
