Real Talk Clinical Psychology is a Houston-based team of licensed psychologists.
We are looking for Fully or Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our practice in a hybrid capacity:
- Telehealth across Texas
- In-person sessions once a week at our Houston office (spacious, natural light, secure entry, fully furnished).
What We Offer

- Access to consultation and collaboration with a diverse team.
Clinician Incentives
Our Clinician Appreciation Program provides annual support for full-time therapists (~25 clients/week), including:
- $650/year licensure/CE reimbursement.
- $700/year Malpractice insurance reimbursement.
- $3,500/year Leisure Stipend
- Increased (75%) split after the $150,000 annual gross income mark
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
- Provisionally or Fully Licensed in Texas.
- Able to provide both telehealth and in-person (1 day/week) sessions in Houston.
- Alignment with our practice values: depth, autonomy, and clinical excellence.
Preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience with couples therapy, children/adolescents, or specific clinical niches (trauma, cultural issues, grief, anxiety, depression).
