A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school students within a K-12 school setting. This contract position spans the full school year and requires onsite presence in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for high school students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior strategies
- Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable state regulations
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with high school-aged students, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret behavioral data
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with K-12 school environments and caseload management
This position requires full-time availability and commitment throughout the entire school year. The role is onsite within the San Francisco area.
