We are looking for an ethical and patient-centric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a great team and an organization keen on Work/Life Balance. Will provide quality care and support to individuals and their families by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, functional analyses and assessments, behavior acquisition & reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential and motivated to provide care and collaboration across settings and people (parents, teachers, and community providers).
- Provide direct clinical supervision, consultation, and parent training/education to children and families.
- Oversee a team of behavior technicians who provide developmental and autism-related services.
- Treatment will occur in the home of the child, child development center classrooms, ABA clinic, or other locations specified.
- Design treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones.
- Implement and oversee comprehensive and focused programming for children diagnosed with ASD.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Consistent work schedule M-F 8 AM - 4 PM (No Nights, No Weekends)! Compensation not tied to billable hours.
- Master Degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2-5 years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting as a BCBA
- Experience in early childhood education and child development
- Sound understanding of child development and be comfortable using developmental milestones in treatment planning for children with ASD
Preferred:
- 2-5 years' experience providing parent training in person and via telehealth
- Experience working with children 12 months - 7 years
- Expertise in team building
- Experience providing classroom consultation and transitioning skills across a variety of environments
