About Job

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Location:
Yuba City, CA (50 minutes from Sacramento, CA)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 3, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, 30 hours per week (Onsite)

Were seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Yuba City, just 50 minutes from Sacramento! This role supports a K-12 caseload, providing vital behavioral and educational interventions for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.

  • Provide direct services and ongoing consultation to staff to ensure fidelity of implementation.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active California BCBA Certification/Licensure (Required)

  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Hourly Rate: $45+ (based on experience)
