Job description:

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff (licensed and permit-level)
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and case reviews
• Maintain accurate records of supervision and team meetings
• Offer consultation on complex cases and clinical emergencies

???? Direct Clinical Services

• Conduct evaluations and diagnostic assessments for incoming clients
• Maintain a small caseload of children to stay current in clinical practice
• Participate in the supervisory on-call rotation

✅ Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and comfort using technology
• Experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• SIFI Certification a plus, but not required
