Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff (licensed and permit-level)
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and case reviews
- Maintain accurate records of supervision and team meetings
- Offer consultation on complex cases and clinical emergencies
???? Direct Clinical Services
- Conduct evaluations and diagnostic assessments for incoming clients
- Maintain a small caseload of children to stay current in clinical practice
- Participate in the supervisory on-call rotation
✅ Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and comfort using technology
- Experience providing clinical services to children and families
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- SIFI Certification a plus, but not required
