Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) located in Orlando, FL. We are also hiring in Jacksonville & Ocala. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing parent education. The role involves working closely with individuals and families to manage behavior and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Expertise in providing Parent Education related to behavior management
• Strong background in Psychology and Behavior Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations is a plus
