Silicon Valley Therapy (siliconvalleytherapy.com) is a group counseling practice located in Los Gatos. We’re committed to providing a grounded, growth-oriented, and professional environment where licensed clinicians can focus on therapy—not admin overload.

We’re currently seeking licensed therapists (AMFT) to join us for in-person sessions at our Los Gatos office. You’ll receive consistent referrals, full administrative support, and the opportunity to shape your ideal caseload.

Position Overview

This is an in-person, flexible position. Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week, with full-time options available. Ideal candidates enjoy working with motivated clients and value being part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Active AMFT registration in California
• Willing to work on-site in Los Gatos
• Minimum 10 client sessions per week
• Evening or weekend availability
• Interest in ongoing clinical training and consultation
