Mental Health Professional
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the team at our IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) program, Nancy Page Crisis Residence. Nancy Page Residence is housed in a beautifully converted Victorian mansion, nestled in the quiet, historic Loring Park neighborhood of South Minneapolis This community-based residential treatment program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in an inpatient, 24-hour, voluntary, supervised setting for up to 90 days. A step below hospitalization in our community-based system of care, these services help adults who need a high level of treatment and assistance.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Nancy Page Crisis Residence 245 Clifton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403
Hiring Range: Salary variable on licensure and qualifications.

Hiring Range: Salary variable on licensure and qualifications.
- Unlicensed Treatment Professional I/Clinical Trainee: $60,000 - $65,779 annually, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates
- Licensed Treatment Professional II: $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.
Main Job Duties
- Provide leadership and clinical expertise within the mental health services team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting the high standards and reputation of the services offered.
- Offer one-on-one supportive counseling to clients, closely observing their behavior and emotional/physical symptoms while implementing behavioral management strategies as appropriate.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to ensure that treatment interventions are aligned with the client’s current needs and overall functioning.
- Engage in team meetings and communication regarding client progress and care, and actively participate in clinical supervision to provide accurate, thorough, and timely updates to the team.
Required Qualifications: Unlicensed Treatment Professional I/Clinical Trainee:
- Master's Degree in a behavior science or related field
- Working toward clinical licensure by obtaining required clinical supervision hours and client contact hours outlined by the appropriate licensing board.
- Two years of full-time experience working with people with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders
- Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences
- Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) with no restrictions.
- o OR proof of current clinical licensure as described above within 60 days of employment
- Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in providing services to individuals with co-occurring disorders (MH/CD).
- Current certification in specialized area (EMDR, DBT, Trauma, Narrative Therapy, or Neuropsychology)
- Current and valid evidence of being a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor for one or more of the professional boards.
