Counselor Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study
• Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to captivate and energize audiences
• Demonstrated passion for inspiring and motivating K-8th grade students
• Verifiable experience in coaching or mentoring children
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Commitment to work in-person at our Phoenix, Brownsville or Nassau campus
• Availability to attend a fully-paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
