Delta Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking to add 1 LCSW/LPC to our growing team in our office located in our Blytheville! The position is full-time, Monday - Friday (8-5, however hours can be adjusted if need be), and will require someone to carry a full caseload in an outpatient setting. This site is an approved NHSC site location, which means they will pay $60,000+ in student loans in exchange for working full-time for 2 years here! This is a salary position, however there are opportunities to receive bonus pay. Each applicant must be willing to carry out counseling functions to include but not limited to: being responsible for helping clients manage and overcome mental and emotional issues; listen to clients ask questions to help understand his/her needs/issues/life circumstances; and to develop strategies to improve his or her life. The Therapist will diagnose, treat, and help clients create coping strategies, counsel, listen, support, monitor the client for progress, work with individuals, families, and groups to help provide the best community resources.

An Arkansas license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
