We're seeking a dedicated Community Counselor with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field to work on a full-time basis in the Towanda area. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and free clinical supervision!
Responsibilities:

• Provide prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to delinquent and dependent youth and their families.
• Assess client needs and develop and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and referring agencies.
• Travel to client homes and community environments to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and promote a safe environment for youth's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
• Mentor, teach, and support parents/caregivers with parenting skills, budgeting, home maintenance, and employment skills.
• Provide crisis intervention and manage client records and clinical documentation promptly.
• Adhere to Trauma-Informed Care principles and maintain professionalism during external meetings, family-related activities, and court hearings.
• Develop engagement with stakeholders to enhance treatment progress and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field to work on a full-time basis in the Washington area. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and free clinical supervision!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology in the field and willingness to learn new electronic systems.
• Demonstrated therapist qualities including empathy, active listening, and critical thinking.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for job-related duties.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
