What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA services.
• Create individualized treatment plans and conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Provide ongoing supervision (home visits, telehealth, team meetings, parent training).
• Analyze data, adjust goals, and ensure treatment plans drive meaningful progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $80,000–$90,000 for BCBAs, $65,000–$75,000 for BCaBAs (commensurate with experience)

What We’re Looking For

• BCBA or BCaBA, licensed (or license-eligible) in Virginia
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in an ABA program
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
